Adiel Edge - Yoga Instructor

Sunrise and Sunset Yoga

Adiel began her yoga journey many years ago, but in light of a series of extremely traumatic events in 2020 and 2021, Adiel turned to yoga and extensive trauma therapy as a vehicle to find healing, peace, clarity, forgiveness and personal growth. Teaching was never a part of the plan but her heart led her to this place and she fully embraced it. Adiel has conquered five Ironman triathlons, multiple half Ironman’s and countless other distances and endurance events. Incorporating her mat into her daily practice has allowed her body to transform physically eliminating pain that used to be difficult to manage at times through the hours of training. But most importantly, yoga has given Adiel the gift of inner peace and the ability to find true self. Adiel is a 200 RYT through Truyoga institute and is so incredibly grateful to her teachers JoAnn Camp and David Shropshire for showing her the way. She is honored and humbled to be teaching and sharing the gift of yoga with her community. You can find Adiel on her mat most mornings at Camp Yoga and Pilates in Little Rock. Adiel is a mom to an 8-year-old daughter and a bonus mom to an 18-year-old soon to be college woman! Adiel is an Executive Territory Manager for Eli Lilly and is a full-time working mom. Adiel loves the outdoors and enjoys camping with her husband of 12 years, the girls and their three dogs. She also enjoys mountain biking, snow skiing, canoeing, paddle boarding, reading and writing, and spending time with friends.
